THE 7-DAY REFUND
If the report does not describe the relationship you asked about, email us within 7 days of delivery. We refund the payment to the original payment method. You do not need to justify the request. You do not have to explain which parts missed. If you want to say what missed, that is optional and it is not a condition of the refund.
This refund applies to a paid order. A reading is $19 once.
IF DELIVERY SLIPS
The delivery target is normally within 48 hours. If we cannot meet it, we email a real revised time. You can cancel then for a full refund before the report is delivered. Checkout is open and is processed by Gumroad. A card refund goes back through that payment.
HOW TO SEND THE REQUEST
- Email 3457945338@qq.com within 7 days of the delivery email, or as soon as we tell you the 48-hour window will be missed.
- Include the order reference from your receipt or delivery email.
- Say that you want a refund. Nothing more is required.
What the reading is allowed to claim is on the terms of sale. How birth details are deleted is on the privacy notice.
